How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Orders of $200 or more will be delivered within Australia FREE.
All orders less than $200 will be delivered at the flat rate of $10.
Is it safe to use my credit card here?
Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing an order, no credit card details are retained. At no time do we transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.

What will my credit card statement show?
adultshop.com endeavors to be as discreet as possible in every factor of your ordering process, unfortunately some banks will not accept the narration that e-commerce websites advice for transactions. In our case we advise our merchant to use the narration of "Ashop Northbridge" but in some instances we have seen banks utilise our trading name of Adultshop Pty Ltd. Unfortunately we nor any other e-commerce website can change this as it is up to your bank on what they wish to show as the narration of the payment. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
How will you deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered in plain packaging via Australia Post Express. There will be no mention of adultshop.com on the external packaging. For more information, see our Shipping page.

From this store, we deliver to Australia only.
What if I'm not home?
If there is no-one to accept delivery, Australia Post will take your parcel to the nearest Post office. Australia post will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention adultshop.com in order to pick-up your package. So what if my Lingerie doesn't fit?
Please note that for health reasons, we are unable to offer an online credit or refund on lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings and briefs. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind".
We MAY issue an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes if your outfit does not fit, provided it has not been worn, damaged, soiled or laundered in any way and is returned to us in its original packaging with swing tags and labels attached. Accordingly please ensure you wear under garments when trying these items on at home and take care when unpacking and repacking your outfit. We reserve the right to refuse an online credit or refund if in our opinion the outfit has been worn, soiled or laundered in any way.
Please refer to the size guide in the product description and select your size carefully. Our intimate apparel and costumes are typically tight fitting, so if you are in doubt between two sizes, we suggest purchasing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
We cannot offer an online credit or refund on any sale, clearance or discounted item, unless the item is found to be faulty.
YOU are responsible for all return shipping costs when sending an item back to us for an online credit or refund. We strongly recommend you send the item to us by registered post and retain your proof of postage as we do not take responsibility for goods lost or misplaced in transit.
You must notify us within five (5) days from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for an online credit or refund. All returns MUST be accompanied by a Return Authorisation number to be considered for online credit or refund, this is done via our website. Please see our Returns page for more information.
